Temperature Gauges

VDO temperature gauges for cars, trucks, tractors and plant. Electrical gauges cover coolant (40 to 120 °C), oil and transmission (50 to 150 °C), hydraulic oil (120 °C) and cylinder head (60 to 200 °C), with Fahrenheit faces for 300 °F and 400 °F. SingleViu adds a 1 000 °C pyrometer for exhaust gas temperature, read from a thermocouple, and Cockpit Vision has an outside air temperature gauge.

Each electrical temperature gauge reads a VDO sender with a matching range: 287.5 to 22.7 Ω for 120 °C gauges, 322.8 to 18.6 Ω for 150 °C gauges and 482.5 to 14.3 Ω for 200 °C gauges. Mechanical Cockpit gauges read through a sealed capillary in fixed lengths of 1 600, 2 600 and 4 000 mm, so measure the route from the sensing point to the panel before you order.
