Fuel Level Gauges

VDO 52 mm fuel gauges and tank level gauges for cars, trucks, tractors, generators and boats. Cockpit International fuel gauges come in 12 V and 24 V, Cockpit Vision in 12 V with spin ring or stud and bracket mounting, and SingleViu tank gauges run on 12 V or 24 V. SingleViu also covers AdBlue (DEF) tanks and tank senders with a 0 to 5 V signal output.

The fuel gauge and the fuel gauge sender must use the same resistance range. VDO gauges for lever-arm senders read 3 to 180 Ω; gauges for tubular senders read 90 to 3 Ω. Put the wrong pair together and the gauge reads backwards. Measure the tank depth for a tubular sender, or the arm swing for a lever-arm sender, then find the sender under Senders & Sensors > Fuel Level Senders.
