Who we are
Omnipart (omnipart.co.za) is the online store of Omnitronix (Pty) Ltd, a South African company at 60 6th Street, Linden, Randburg. Omnitronix supplies vehicle instruments and diagnostics, automotive and truck parts, electrical and automation components, tools and test equipment to workshops, fleets, electricians, businesses and individual buyers.
Omnitronix is an authorised distributor of VDO and of Lovato Electric.
What we sell
The catalogue covers gauges, senders and sensors, shock absorbers and suspension parts, brake, fuel and ignition parts, pneumatic fittings and valves, circuit breakers, contactors and enclosures, cable and wiring accessories, lighting, solar and battery products, hand and power tools, test meters, and UV inspection and detection equipment. Each product page shows the brand, the manufacturer part number and the price.
Some ranges, such as Veratron, are sold on quote. Use Request a quote and we reply by email.
Prices and payment
Prices are in South African rand. Omnitronix is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added and the price shown is the price of the goods. Delivery is charged separately and is shown at checkout before you pay. Card payments are processed by NjiaPay with 3-D Secure.
Ordering
Add parts to the cart and check out as a guest or with an account. You receive an order confirmation by email, and the order is accepted when we confirm it. If a part turns out to be unavailable before we accept the order, we tell you and refund anything you have paid. The full terms are in our Terms and conditions of sale.
Delivery
We deliver within South Africa only, by courier: MDS Collivery, and The Courier Guy and Fastway booked through Bob Go. The delivery options and prices for your address are shown at checkout. When your parcel is booked we email you the waybill number and a tracking link. You may also collect a paid order from Linden on a business day by arrangement. See the Delivery and shipping policy.
Returns, refunds and warranty
If you are an individual who bought online, you may cancel within seven days after you receive the goods without giving a reason. Return them unused in the original packaging; you pay only the direct cost of sending them back and we refund the full amount, including the original delivery charge. Report wrong, short or damaged deliveries within two business days of delivery and we put it right at our cost. Defective goods are covered by the Consumer Protection Act.
