Senders & Sensors

VDO and Veratron senders and sensors for cars, trucks, plant and boats. Senders feed a gauge or a warning lamp: fuel level senders in lever-arm and tubular styles, oil pressure senders in 5, 10 and 25 bar, coolant and oil temperature senders, and pressure and temperature switches. Sensors feed the engine management or the instruments: speed sensors and pulse generators, wheel speed sensors, oxygen (lambda) sensors, mass air flow sensors and manifold pressure sensors.

A sender is matched to its gauge by resistance range and to the engine by thread. A replacement car sensor is matched by part number, by the car-maker OE number or by make, model, engine and year. Search by the VDO number printed on the old part, or ask the parts desk to cross-reference an OE number before you order.
