We want you to order the right part. If something is not right, here is how it works. This policy follows the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECT Act).
Faulty, defective or incorrect items
If a part is defective, unsafe, or not what you ordered, you may return it for a repair, replacement or refund. Under the CPA this right runs for up to 6 months from delivery for defective goods. We cover the cost of returning a defective or incorrect item.
Changed your mind (within 7 days)
Because you order online, the ECT Act gives you a 7-day cooling-off period. You may cancel an order within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, no reason needed. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. You pay the cost of returning it. No handling fee applies within this window.
Changed your mind (after 7 days)
After the 7-day cooling-off period we are not obliged to accept a change-of-mind return. Where we do accept one at our discretion, we offer an exchange or store credit (not a cash refund), the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and a restocking fee of 3% of the product price applies. Return shipping is at your cost.
What you need to keep
To process any return or warranty claim, please keep the original box the part came in, the warranty certificate (if one was supplied), your invoice, and proof of payment showing the order was placed and paid to Omnipart.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and what is wrong. We will send return instructions. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
