We ship nationwide across South Africa and into SADC.
- Courier: orders are shipped through Bobgo, which routes each parcel through the best-suited courier and insures it in transit.
- Lead time: 3 to 5 business days once your order is confirmed and paid. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Cross-border (SADC): we deliver into neighbouring countries. Cross-border shipments may attract additional courier, customs or import fees, which are for the customer's account.
- Tracking: you receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
- Collection: our Randburg address is an administrative office only. It is not a walk-in store and we do not have a showroom, so orders cannot be collected in person.
