These terms govern your use of omnipart.co.za and any order you place. By placing an order you accept them.
- Who we are. Omnipart is the online store of Omnitronix (Pty) Ltd, an authorised distributor of vehicle instrumentation and related parts.
- Products and pricing. Prices are in South African Rand. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. We take care to describe and price products correctly; where a genuine error occurs we may correct it or cancel the affected order and refund you.
- Orders. An order is a request to buy. We confirm acceptance when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, stock or pricing errors) and refund any payment made.
- Payment. Payment is made through our secure online payment providers. We do not store your card details.
- Delivery. As set out on the Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
- Returns and warranties. As set out on the Returns & Refunds page.
- Warranty. Goods carry the applicable manufacturer's warranty. To claim, retain the original box, the warranty certificate (if supplied), your invoice and proof of payment. Warranty does not cover misuse, incorrect fitment or normal wear.
- Fitment and suitability. Part numbers and cross-references are provided in good faith to help you find the right part. Final responsibility for confirming a part suits your application rests with you or your fitment centre.
- Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the CPA or ECT Act.
- Privacy (POPIA). We process your personal information only to fulfil your order and support you, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act. We do not sell your information.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
